I’ve been passionate about real estate since 2001, when I began my career in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area as a licensed Realtor assistant. After five years, my family relocated to Iowa, where I earned my Iowa real estate license and worked alongside a residential custom home builder—gaining valuable experience in new construction.
Eventually, we returned to my home state of Nebraska, where I obtained my NE real estate license and joined the Jansen Team in 2013 as the Listing Manager. This role has allowed me to manage listings while continuing to help clients buy and sell homes across the area.
Having personally bought and sold eight homes due to frequent relocations for my family’s job, I truly understand the emotional and logistical challenges that come with moving. I’ve walked in the shoes of both a buyer and a seller—and along the way, I’ve worked with both exceptional and less-than-stellar Realtors. Those experiences have shaped how I approach my own business today.
I treat every client like a personal friend. Clear, consistent communication—and, when needed, a little hand-holding—are key parts of how I support each person through their journey. This client-first approach has not only led to successful transactions, but more importantly, to lasting friendships and a steady stream of referrals from people I’ve had the privilege to serve.
Whether you’re buying your first home, building new, upsizing, downsizing, or preparing to sell, I’d love the opportunity to guide you with experience, empathy, and care. Let’s make your next move a successful one—together.
